Morning Everyone. Well, back at it again! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
B Poached egg
S 1/2 a banana
L 4oz's beef stew
D Chicken Parm with a small salad
My usual mug of decaf along with all all the water I can get in. 9 pounds to goal and the weight is moving at a snail's pace but will be patient and just keep looking at the end game. No gym today, went yesterday with Ray so today will be a healing day with a little excersize bike thrown in. Everyone have a great Day,

L- Home made ministrone soup & a few pretzels w/yogurt.
D - Steak with veggies
S - Fruit
If it doesn't rain will take a walk at lunch & hitting Curves tonight. Working on getting the fluids in. Went to a picnic yesterday and overall "behaved" with good foods and protein...just feel bloated today due to the sampling of "this & that" from yesterday.

B - 1/4 c protein oatmeal, 1/2 c cottage cheese with fresh fruit
S - HB egg

L - Turkey/Cheese rollup, fresh raw veggies
S - either protein shake or glass of lowfat milk
WATER WATER WATER (glug glug glug)
D - Yogurt, banana/almond butter rollup in low carb whole wheat wrap
(measured the almond butter!)

Hi Everybody
Today I came back to work since I was home for recovery from my TT and Breast lift. Alot of emails to catch up and paperworks too.
Load water
B one toasted rye with melt cheese

L roll over with turkey and cheese with some cherries tomatoes
S load water
D ??? Have not decide since I will be running around kids after school
S simple smart milk and load water
will go to gym to do weight lift and rebuild my muscle toner WINK!

Well I must need a fill... I am finally hungry and could eat a horse. Very bad sign but I am holding on and trying so hard to eat with my portion control in focus and eating good foods. Good news is I have not gained any weight back!

S - carb control yougurt

Did you leave Travelers? Good luck with the new job.
Did the chicken soup fill you up and stay with you? Dr A told me not to do any liquid foods for meals (like soups, etc) cause they don't stay with you and keep you full long enough.
I would love some home made chicken soup! It just doesn't stay long enough to keep me full.
