Morning Everyone! Know it's a holiday so lets just all try to do our best!!! Suppose to be a beautiful day so get out there and shake a little "booty".

D Putting together yankee pot roast in the crock pot for supper. All BBQ''d out!
Lots of fluids along with my big cup of decaf! Will get in a nice long ride on my Motorcycle today! Have a great day everyone! :wave

My swimming aerobics and water walking classes start tomorrow. Water walking three times a week, water aquacize twice a week at the Y. Get the kids on the bus and off to the Y. Something for ME.

I can't even think about what I want to eat today! My son slept over Grandma's house and we went to the casino - we didn't get home until 3:30!! We LOST (but what else is new?) - but we had a GREAT time! It's been a long time since I had a date with my honey - it's good to know that I still love going on dates with him
I know it's bad but I'll probably skip breakfast

D - Porkroast, brocolli and stuffing (I made it in a crock pot last night - very good - it has appricots in it)

2 cups french vanilla coffee w/ 1% milk & ff half and half
breakfast - single ham & cheese omlette
one slice dry ww toast
1 1/2 cups ff coffee w/ 1% milk & ff half and half
Lunch - sb protein bar
Snack - dannon Lite & fit Yogert w/ fresh ground flax seed
Dinner - filet migion, salad
tons of water. Missed water yesterday and body felt it so overloading on it today.
