Hello everyone, 2 cups f.v. coffee w/ ff cream Breakfast - 2 semi soft boiled eggs Lunch - stallon protein ch. pudding w/ banana snack - handful dried berries Dinner - pork soulvaki, tomato & cucumber salad, grapes snack slim a bear ice cream
