Today I am freezing here at work. I would like to have something hot to sip to warm my insides up, but I don't like tea (ANY tea), and I don't drink coffee. I am 4 months out, but need to know...... Is it ok to have a cup of no sugar added hot chocolate? Any suggestions would be helpful!!! Thanks in advance, Stacy

Hey Stacy, You can have tea, as long as it is decaf. Put lowfat milk in it if you need to and splenda. Also if you have ever had it try Green Tea, its really good for you. I drink tea and coffee and its always decaf. Hot chocolate is okay as long as its sugarfree, but dont drink too much of that it may not be good to get use to that. Go easy. Hugs KimC

SF hot cocoa is supergood. Cream or tomato soup is wonderful and very soothing. A lemon squeezed into a cup of ho****er with a splenda is yummy (hot lemonade). Or how about broth?

thanks Cynthia---I had some HC but could only have a few sips, but it was enough to to warm me a little. It seemed to thick though, so I won't be having it again anytime soon. Guess it's time to start bringing soup to work...

I bring bullion cubes to work and toss a couple in a cup of ho****er. Chicken or beef. Nice change from tea and coffee . Good luck!

not even herbal or fruit or green tea?? they taste nothing like tea... anyway, be careful with the NSA stuff, it's not the same as sugar free- which is what you need. Swiss Miss makes a darn good one. a good brisk walk to get the blood flowing for 10 mins works wonders too. good luck. keep warm!

I know what you mean about being cold LOL. I myself like tea with NF milk and Splenda lately. The warm beverages feel good on the tummy. Lisa is right just be aware of the difference between SF and NSA. Heck you can even just use sugar free chocolate syrup and skim milk to make hot cocoa. (Davinci or Hershey's****il they develop a splenda based marshmallow though........LMAO....

I hate tea too. When I was a kid we were forced to drink tea when we were sick. so I think that's why I hate it so much now. But I do LOVE D.D. french Vanilla Coffee. Yes you can have no sugar added hot chocolate. Enjoy it. Koukla
