Morning Everyone! Well The weather man says it will be "Clearing" today. Lets hope he's right !

S 1/2 a Banana
L 3oz's kielbasa with grilled zuccinni
S Protien shake after gym
D Think it's going to be a "Leftover nite" Have a small buffet growing in the frig. I will grab a little leftover corned beef with a few brussel sprouts.
Will take my 20oz cup of decaf with me to work along with my water. Rays starts scool today so will be heading to the gym on my own. Going to miss him working out with me during the week but we catch up on weekends . Hope everyone has a great day!

B - Either WW cereal or an egg w/cheese not sure yet.
S - mozz sticks or chicken salad
L - Hamburger w/cheese & spegetti sauce & yogurt
D - ??? Pulling something out of the freezer w/some summer squash
Will walk at lunch and no work out tonight. My son heads back to school so will have a mountain of paperwork to fill out when he gets home.

Going to the gym tonight - it seems that we should be able to move this weekend... Skipped the gym yesterday and slept, slept, slept.... omg I needed it... This morning is my son's orientation his is entering "middle school"... Wow, it can't believe that my baby is going to six grade... He observed the school in June for a day so he is all excited because he already made new friends and feels like he can get around in the school without getting lost.. Well that is a good thing, but mommy is scared... Well back to school on Wednesday!!!

Now my kids are in schools and I have peaceful for myself in the morning and will go see Dr Goodkind today this afternoon for update check up before I will return to work on Sept 5th. Will go for a walking with two dogs after this

Hello Everyone,
I am REALLY struggling with my pouch the last couple of weeks....been throwing up quite a bit...
Tried to eat my lunch & it sat like a rock....a few bites of hamburger w/sauce and I tried a spoonful of yogurt. Felt like I was going to throw up & for an hour felt like bricks sitting. Went for a walk & that helped to move the food down. I've eaten this food in the past with no problems...
Tonight I made chicken cordon blue from scratch...usually I can eat this just fine as long as it's moist...didn't get 4 bites in (well chewed) & again had the rock feeling...it was so bad had to force myself to it up. I still feel like it's trying to back it's way up and it's an hour later...I can literally feel it in my lower throat.
Last week I struggled as well....not sure what is going on or if I'm just having a few days of "pouchy not playing nice" has anyone else gone through this & any suggestions? I was thinking of going onto the "soft stage" diet for a few days but I did this last week as well...??
I dropped two pounds from not eating & keeping the food in. Fluids are fine...
GRRRRRRRR..... more frustrating than anything & I really am trying to avoid throwing up at work...thought for sure I was going to today.
