Dr. A's and Health net healthy choice

I was wondering if any of Dr. A's patients also had health net healthy choice? The reason is because I called them today to find out if the GB is covered and they were very vague but she did say that if the Dr. submitted everything that they would take a look at it and then approve me. :crazy : Also do you know if there is a 6 month required food diary? That's s stalling tactic. Ask your HR person to check what the requirements are, and get them in writing from the insurance company. You are paying for insurnace. Get you $$ worth. Peter

Actually I am the human resources. We are a small company. We are on the Husky A plan but we have Healthnet Healthy choices. SO I had to call them myself. But you are right they should give me the information not stall. I am aggrivated that they wouldn't tell me. I am just wondering if there is the law that they have to disclose that information.
