Dr. a's support group

Just wanted to drop everyone I met last night a thank you note for all the helpful information you have passed on to me. It was not only informative but fun. I needed that being a mother of 2 children and being around adults. Just wanted to say thanks for listening and the support. It is a breath of fresh air to know that there are still wonderful people in this world. Hope to see you again. Your WLS pre-op friend, Genoveva

Glad you took something away from last nights meeting!!! For me it was the completion of the circle to speak last night. The journey this last year has been amazing. As I look in the mirror at myself I now smile I now like what is looking back at me. It's a miracle.

Darn that laundry lady of mine always snatches my pocket change!!! I bet she got it....oh well!!! Wait a minute- I am the LAUNDRY LADY around here......hmmmmm I will check my pockets again LOL......

Rats - I missed hearing Bernadette tell her story on Monday... Boo hoo.. I was on my way to the M'sex meeting from the other side of Hartford and got stuck in the mother of all traffic jams on I-91. By 6.30 I was still crawling along and miles away so packed it in after more than an hour in the car. Apparently there was an accident and a tractor-trailer turned over on 91.
