D Sausage and Broccoli. I cook the sausage in the George Forman grill to get all the fat out of it . Steam the Broccoli.
No gym today, went yesterday, got a great workout in and feeling it this morning! Will hit the excersize bike tonight while watching the news. Have a great day all!

Running few errands this morning to get ready for kids to go back to school tomorrow! My dog Jill have dentist appointment to clean her teeth. Will do exercise bike for 45 min since it will be heavy raining today

Goodness I am tired today. Went to eat with the group after the meeting last night. I didn't get home till 11! What a bunch of party animals!
I didn't make it to the gym this morning...over slept. I will run tonight.

Might skip the gym today, since I am hoping to move this weekend and have tons of things to do plus school starts next week and we still need to buy the supplies.... what a list this year....

Good rainy morning!
So sad it is raining the day before school starts! Guess my daughter will just have to veg out today. She does have dance from 5-8 tonight so she will get her exercise in! I am back to soft foods since I am having a hard time with regular food (per the doc).
B- 1 egg, 40z vanilla low carb yogurt
S - 1/2 Protein Shake
L - chicken salad, natural apple sauce
S- other 1/2 protein shake
D - not sure, I have lots to choose from at home, not sure what I will feel like
S - SF popcicle

Hello All -
I'm back to my spinning and I'm so thrilled - my knee is being cooperative! I have to work my way back up to the 30 minutes again because I took too long of a break - but I did 20 minutes last night and 15 the night before - tonight I'll go for 25 - it won't kill me.
I'm also having a hard time wrapping my mind around the smaller portion concept lately - don't know what's up with that - I keep feeling like I should be eating more - I know it's just an old habit.
B - Protein Shake
S - Yogurt
L - 1/3 of an omelette (hence my wrapping my mind around smaller portions - it was soooo good I really, really wanted to just keep eating it - peppers, onions, mushrooms, ham, sausage and cheese.......yummm!)
S - No way not after lunch!
D - Chicken - I am going to chance it and try chicken again - I haven't had it in over a month - I'm going to cook it in cream of chicken soup mixed with lf sour cream so it will be moist........I hope I'm not setting myself up for a night of sliming and - cross your fingers for me!

I am late with my log today, its a crummy, yukky day out today. We are so busy here today at work, getting ready for our Senior Health and Safety Fair here at the Orange Senior Center. Lots to do. Not enough hours in the day.
Anyway here goes: No walking today outside, its pouring cats and dogs out there. OOOO Boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Going to the dentist after work today to get my broken tooth cap fixed that broke when I had the car accident, so I am not going to be much for eating after this. Will probably have some soup or a protein shake.
Will do my exercise bike tonight and my Leslie Sansone tape, since I cant go outside walking. I hate this crappy weather. YUK YUK UGH
