Monday's Food Log
Well, Everyone, Back at it again! Weather man says rain on and off today so try to keep dry.
B Egg beater omlette with a sausage patty
S small peach
L 3oz's corned beef with a few carrots and brussel sprouts. ( Made it in the crock pot yesterday, cane out Awsome! )
S protien shake after gym
D Veggy burger with a small salad.
My usual 20 oz mug of Decaf along with a few refills of water to keep me hydrated throughout the day. School starts this week for Ray, Sigh , Summer is about done,

B- roll of ham and cheese
S load water
L rye grilled cheese with fresh farm sliced of tomatoes
s load water
D chicken with brocoilli
S simple smart milk and load of water
No exercise today
I cannot wait send the kids to school this Wednesday because they are ready to go back to see their friends and back busy to do homeworks!
Julio Cheer up!!! Fall season is so beautiful and we can use you to cook on the grill as our chef this fall after long hiking walking WINK!

Good morning!
Having a little trouble with food that is not soft! Suppose to be able to eat anything but my pouch is not letting me!!
B- Oatmeal, skim milk
S- Decaf Ice Coffee
L - tuna, pickles, tomatoes, apple sauce
S- Protein shake (1/2)
D - Salmon - I will try again!
S - rest of protein shake
Stay dry!!

B- WW cereal (high fiber & protein) it was pretty good!
L- Lean Cuisine chicken florentine w/spinach (ate the chicken)
Yogurt
D- Pork roast w/gravy some baked potatoe and green beans
(trying pork again to see if it'll stay in...) usually I
Went for a walk at lunch & CURVES for a work out.
Working on the fluids had a huge 32 oz snapple & lots of DD coffee today. Been straight out busy.
