Morning Everyone, Another starry night out there so it looks like another "Glorious" day today! Have a great weekend everyone!
B 2 poached eggs
S String Cheese Stick
L 3oz's Seafood salad
S 1/2 Met-rx protien bar
D Turkey hodog , no bun with a small salad.
No gym today went yesterday, Will take my bike out for a little cardio after work. Lots of water and my big mug of Decaf to keep me hydrated! Take Care

B- left over meatballs w/cheese
S- mozz cheese
L- Taking a friend out to lunch will keep it to salad w/chicken most likely.
D - Son is coming home from camp will probably go out to eat. Protein first
Working on the fluids today. No work out or walking will hopefully hit the walking trails this weekend.

Need to force myself to eat more foods ate little foods better yesterday
will take a long walk with two dogs

Hello Everyone,
I am so proud of myself I did great this week - 6 pounds off - I have been struggling with the same pounds back and fourth but have decided that this is it!!! no more bad choices for me!!! Had 4 of my friends join my same gym so that I can always have support... Need to lose 16 pounds more...but will be really have with 21 more...

L - Chicken
D - Shrimp quesadillas in a low carb tortilla
Going tonite to the gym at 7pm....

Mornin'. It's pouring now. the rains finally came.
2 cups - french vanilla coffee w/ ff cream
breakfast - 2 eggs boiled 1/2 whole wheat english muffin
snack - 1/2 banana w/ dannon lite and fit yorgert w/ ground flax seed
lunch - roast beef wrap w/ l. t. mayo ( the wrap is just to hold it together. I don't eat the wrap)
f.v. coffee
Dinner - 1 slice broiled filet
tomato (from garden) red onion and feta salad.
water load and gym.
