Thursday's Food Log
Morning Everyone! Cloudy with a few sprinkles today, but they are talking a good weekend so, lets hope they have it right!
B Turkey and Cheese Roll up.
S 1/2 Met-Rx bar
L Stewed chicken with peppers and onions
S Protien shake after gym
D Meatballs in sauce with a small salad
Big cup of Decaf along with my water to round out the day. Hope everyone has a great day!

Hot Tea
B - 1 egg omlette w/lite spam & cheese. (Eggs fill me up pretty quick)
S- mozz cheese sticks or fresh veggies with lite dressing
L - Chipolte Soup w/chicken a few crackers and yogurt w/raisins & almonds
D- Meatballs sound pretty good Julio...think I'll have the same thing!
Walk at lunch & off to CURVES tonight. Working on the fluids all day.

Hi Everybody
My food log is not great yesterday Did not eat much at all but took Vitamins and b 12 intake and alot of fluids intake
I will try to eat today better
Load water 12 oz
B scramble egg with some mozz cheese
S load of water
L tuna salad
S load water
D ????? have not take the meat out yet from freeze
S simple smart milk and load of water
Will take two dogs for a long walk
tonight our puppy Jack will go to school with my kids

Good Morning,
Had an almost no snack night except for my popcicles. I had a handful of goldfi**** helped that I was dog tired after signing the girls up for ballet and taking Abby to her piano lesson. I went to bed very early
Looking forward to a good day today. Water loading is helping a lot. I definately see a reduction in portion size
B - English muffin w/peanut butter
s - apple
L - Buffalo chicken salad. If anyone wants a yummy recipe for chicken, let me know Someone gave this to me as a dip recipe, but I modified it to have over lettuce as a salad entree.... yummmy!

Good morning everyone- Julio- this is sich a help for me to read what everyone is doing- it is inspiring and helps me stay accountable- thanks again for getting it going again!
Today is my dad's birthday- so there might be a few bites of birthday cake in by the end of the day- but I'll try to stay right the rest of the time
B - 1/8 steak & cheese sandwich leftover from last night
S - Special K protein cereal w/ milk
L- 1/2 tuna sand, ff yogurt
S- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
D- probably on the fly or (cake if I can justify it!)
I've got my cl for my water and 1 flat diet coke (I know, I know)

BTW- This weekend is the Chester Fair held at the Chester Fair grounds in Chester, CT- small agricultral fair, but has some rides and animals- not too big- good for the kids- I'll be there working one of the food stands for the Deep River/Chester Lions Club- come on out and enjoy- it supposed to be food weather!

I am trying to be more accountable with my food log, which is impossible for me. Here goes:
B- Oatmeal(Whole grain oats) w/protein powder,cinnamon, 10 raisins, milk and splenda.
one bite of low carb slimfast protein bar
coffee
L- tuna w/ light mayo
s- sugar free pop, maybe coffee
D- yet to be determined...
Exercise-- walking my 2 Bichons, later, either elliptical trainer or the gazelle.
I guess the key is to plan, plan, plan........

Hi all - James Taylor was great last night - probably one of the best concerts I have been to. Ate at Michael Jordan's sports bar and it worked out well. They had a lobster club sandwich and I asked for the lobster meat without the bread, avacado, bacon and fries. I didn't touch the appetizers and was so proud of myself!!
OK - today's menu:
B- oatmeal, skim milk
S - decaf iced coffee
L - can't decide between tuna or baked potato bar at work
S- protein shake
D - fish

Oh man did my morning start off TERRIBLE! I have this sore throat that keeps coming and going so I think it's allergies - so I decided to take one of those 24 allergy pills which are kind of big - BIG mistake - the stupid pill got stuck - I started sliming - there wasn't anything in there but a pill and a sip of protein shake that I took to swallow the pill - I thought if perhaps I sipped on coffee it would be okay - so I got in the car to head to work - BIG MISTAKE! I started feeling so much pain and there was so much stuff coming up I had to pull over - so I turned around and went home and threw up nothing?? The pill never came out - so the tiny sip of coffee I took plus the sip of the protein drink is all that came out - sooooo learning lesson for me - NO BIG PILLS IN THE MORNING!

L - Tomato Soup
D - Something Mushy - maybe chilli or soup....I think I need to stay away from solids for a day
