S 1/2 a Banana
L 3oz's seafood salad with some fresh tomato slices
D Grilled steak with salad
Went to gym yesterday so will do yard work after work today. Will drink lots of water after my Decaf this morning. Take care All!

B - Lower fat spam w/melted cheese
S- mozz cheese sticks
L- Fat free refried beans w/shredded cheese some raw veggies w/ranch dressing
yogurt w/apples raisins & almonds
D - Not sure after my fiasco last night.
Will walk at lunch and no working out tonight my night off. Will work on getting my fluids in today. Enjoy the weather!

D - chicken & veggies
s - sf popcicles
have had trouble with snacking the last couple of nights, going to work on the waterloading at night time tonight to help curb the need to feed, the craze to graze, the hunch to munch.

D - pork chops with cabbage
Never made it to the gym last night but went for a walk with my son. Actually I dropped my wristlet in front of my house and a lady walked by picked it up and called me when she got home to tell me that she had my license, atm card's, credit card and money. I walked to the lady house to pick it up try to compensate her and she would not accept it... There are still nice people out there... I was in shock when she called my house by looking me up in the phone book... Will send her a fruit basket today!!!
My food intake was pretty good yesterday for being my first day back on track. I snack on three chicken nuggets but will not do that again.. Need to go food shopping today for good stuff...

Trying to get in some variety but every time I eat it is hurting going down. Think I am eating to fast??
B - yogurt with very berry protein
S - half a protein drink
L - ricotta, sauce, 1 meatball cut up
S - other half of protein drink
D - ?? going to Michael Jordan's and then to see James Taylor (if Mohegan Sun gets power back!!)

2 cups dd fv coffee w/ ff cream
Breakfast -single egg ham & cheese omlette
Snack - dannon lite & fit yogert w/ ground flax seed
2/3 s.b. protein bar
Lunch - ham & cheese slices
popcorn (at movies) SO BAD
Dinner - a few pieces of rib eye steak and 1/2 of stallon ch. pudding w/ banana
had tons of water and worked out extra hard at the gym today.
