L Turkey hot do, no bun with peas
D Grilled chicken with grilled Zuccinni
Didn't get to gym yesterday , Will get there today for sure. Will bring along my mug of Decaf along with my water to keep hydrated,. Really makes a difference! Have a great day everyone!
Took two dogs for a early morning walk for 30 mintues. will go out with my mom to do few errands then will go out with my girlfriend for dinner tonight. Will do exercise bike to watch movie on tv for 45 min this afternoon.
load water 10 oz of water
B special K (3/4 cup) with skim milk

L crab meat with salad

D ???? will pick good protein meat
S load water
Don't forget to make your time for 15 or 30 min exercise

Morning! Looking forward to Yoga at the beach tonight. Only a couple more weeks and then we have to come back inside. boo hoo....
Anyway made a kickass salad today. Must have been inspired by Kathy's delicious salad yesterday. Thank you so much Kathy, I had a great time and it was so nice to see Nancy too.

I ran for 30 min this morning. I will run for another 30 tonight!
I also received my information to register for the walk last night at the meeting. I am going to do that online today! Hope to see you all there! I will have to post a pic so you all know who I am.

good morning I'm just starting my day and yours is almost over.
O.k. working on my first cup of french vanilla coffee w/ ff cream
so one more to go.
Breakfast - will be - 2 eggs and crust of rye or ww tst.
snack - dannon lite and fit yogert w/ ground flax seed and 1/2 banana
lunch - protein bar - south beach
snack - fresh fruit
dinner - fish w/ veg. and salad
and water loading and hopefully the gym.

Hello Everyone,
I am back from Vegas and I was terrible eating... I know I gained weight... I need to stop and get back to where I should be... I started eating right today and will start exercising like I should. I need to lose this weight and stop gaining back and fourth.... Okay enough!

Hello Tammy,
I went with four other girls and we basically went to the pool everyday until 2 or 3 pm, went back to the room and changed walked around different hotels everyday, went to see a show "Le Femme" at the MGM where we stayed and it was very nice. We also went to a comedy show on Sunday nite at the Harrah's - And went to the night club everynite. We stayed at the MGM and had a really good time... Oh yeah drank everyday... bad, bad, bad.....And ate bad stuff!!!
