Morning Everyone! "Back in the Saddle Again", Sigh.
B Turkey and Cheese Roll up!
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's grilled pork with green beans
S Protien shake after gym
D Turkey hot dog , no bun, with a small salad.
The stars are out so hoping for a beautiful day. Will drink my fill of decaf and water. Ray and I will hit the gym after work. Hope everyone has a great day!

L- Chicken salad w/popcorn cake/lite vanilla yogurt w/apples, almonds & raisins.
D - Not sure yet will pull something out of the freezer w/fresh veggies
Taking a walk at lunch & Curves tonight. Didn't get all my exercise in last week due to getting ready for the party. Will ramp up again this week.
Working on getting my fluids in all day.

Back to work for me today after being on vacation last week. Had a great visit with a family we traveled to China with in 02. Went to Lake Compounce on Friday. I rode Boulderdash!! What a wild ride! Anyway, got in lots of walking and activity over the weekend and ended up losing a couple of pounds. WOOHOO!
Going to try to keep the momentum going this week.

Morning!
Well I am having trouble getting everything in because I get so full so fast!! By the time I finish my protein drink for my snack it is lunch time and I am not hungry! I need to space things out more or need more hours in the day. I don't think I am getting enough water an if I don't drink my protein then I don't get enough protein. What to do, what to do!! (Call the nutritionist!!)

L - Refried beans w/chilli and cheese (about a 1/2 cup and I am FULL)!!
D - Sausage or a bocca burger - I can test out the latest fill for how I deal with solids tonight with a bit of sausage.
I baked up some eggplant last night - when I get home I'm going to scoop them out (get rid of as many seeds as possible) and I'll chop it up good with some chopped onions and little bit of olive oil - this was one of my Dad's favorites and I haven't had it since he passed away over 4 years ago!! He called it Pot Lid Jelly but I've also heard referred to as poor mans caviar! This will be my side at dinner.

L Grilled Pork Cutlet with fresh Asparagus
S Fruit or yogurt
D Beef stew made from scratch with lots of veggies (no gravy for me) String Beans from the garden, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, carrotts, squash from the garden and peas.) Lots of water, crystal light and decaf coffee. Have a wonderful day. The weather in Naugy is abs. Fab!!!!
