Hi Laura, I usually just weight the turkey . 2 to 3 oz's works for me. Usually works out to an ounce a slice and if I have Cheese with it I drop anounce of turkey and split the slice of cheese between the other 2 turkey slices. Weighting the food gets you used to seeing how a normal portion for us looks on a plate. After a while you don't even weight it, can just tell. May have a small salad with it depending what time of day it is, Just have roll ups for breakfast. Hope I was able to help! Take Care and keep up the great work!
