Protein Shake with my meds.
L Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
Steamed Cauliflower w/ olive oil and garlic
Cucumber, tomatoe, radish, scallion salad
snack Don't have a clue (maybe a piece of fruit)
D Prob. left over turkey or left over home made chilli
Todays goal for me is to try to walk for about 2 hours
Morning Laura. Most of us take the weekend off as far as the "Food Log" goes but since you started one, will chime in.
B 2 poached eggs
S 1/2 small whole grain bagel with cream cheese
L 2 ozs beef jerky with a little cole slaw
S Protien shake after my bike ride
D Making a pork roast for supper so 3 oz's pork with a small green salad
As soon as the sun decides to stay out will hop on my bicycle andgo for a cruise around the neighborhood. Hope everyone is having a great day !
