Daycation spots in CT and MASS

Hi Dorota, Grew up in Lower Manhatten back when only poor people lived there.( Mid 50's to late 60's..) Was a blast, always had something to do and the neighborhoods all the Moms would hang out the windows to keep an eye on the kids. ! was a great place to grow up. Now you have to have Big Bucks to live there. sigh, Have a blast where ever you decide to go!

Pebody Museum in New Haven, CT Foxwood Indian Museum Mystic Seaport Mystic Aquarium Gilette Castle Lake Compounce Quassy Essex SteamBoat Ride Essex Train Ride Childrens Museum in Providence, RI Beaches with a picnic lunch Local Libraries usually have a 1 hr. program during each week in the summer for students to enjoy Silver Sands Beaches in Milford off Route 1 Afternoon Matinee at the Movies Nature Walks Blueberry Picking Season in going on now Baking Fat Free Blueberry muffins (with blueberries you pick) Lots of Towns are having Fairs Pack a lunch and take the kids to a park for the day Doing crafts at home etc...etc...etc...
