D Turkey Kielbasa and grilled Zuccinni
Will take my Big mug of Decaf along with my envelopes for my water to keep the "Fluids Flowing" Got a great workout in yesterday. Funny how the lax of humidity in the air makes such a big difference in the energy level. Was listening to John Tesh yesterday morning at work, He sais that studies have shown if your having a "Cookie Attack" the need to munch on something sweet. Opena little bottle of "Vanilla" and take a whif. It says that it supresses the need to have something. Heck, Its worth a shot! LOL
No Gym today, will get some yardwork in after work, Have a great day everyone! The Weekend is in sight!

B - turkey with cheese melted. My oatmeal did not do the trick yesterday & I was starving by mid-morning..

L - Hormel turkey chili w/cheese & some watermelon a few trisquits
D - Not sure yet...will wing it when I get home.
Working hard at getting my fluids in today. Been a little off in this area all week.
Walking at lunch & no work out. Need to clean the house and yard a little.

Hey all,
Doing waterloading for the past couple of days. Its awesome, I am not as hungry as I use to be. I love this. Lost 8lbs so far!!!!!!!! wooo hoooo

Walked today at lunchtime around the track twice and tonight will walk the neighborhood with Erin. I am feeling alittle more positive about the scale finally moving, but not too excited, everytime I get excited something happens. So everyone pray for me. Want to be out of the 200s before October.

Breakfast - coffee w/ milk
2 egg whites
crust of one whole wheat toast
Lunch - cottage cheese & fruit
Snack - Dannon lite & fit yogert w/ banana and blueberries and ground flax seed
Dinner - 1/2 buger without bun
1/2 piece chicken tender
snack - no sugar added slim a bear ice cream sandwich
plus loads of water and a few more cups of coffee
