Morning Everyone! The Moon and stars are out tonight. Suppose to be a beautiful day, "Enjoy"! B Small Whole wheat bagel with LF Cream Cheese S Small plum L 3oz's grilled pork with steamed broccoil S Protien Shake after gym D Braised Chicken and tomato's with a side of green beans. Real simple, season chicken breast, brown both sides in pan, remove from pan, add can of diced, seasoned tomato's put chicken back in, cover, cook thru on low. Chicken comes out very moist and Yummy! Will drink my fill of decaf and water. Gym after work, Hope everyone has a Lovely day!

Hey Chef Julio We will come to sit down and watch you to cook excellent foods in your kitchen and feed us good protein foods I am taking my son to go shopping for school clothes with my mom while my daugther is going to Waterpark from day camp daycare. My son hates shopping and wish me good luck to drag him to go shopping and will offer him a good lunch if he came with us and did not complain about try on clothes..... B cottage cheese with chuck pineapple S load of Water L ???? S load of water D grilled thin pork chop with green bean and few bites of salad S simple smart milk and load of water will go for a walk with my dog..... Have a great work out! Kathy k

Good Morning Poweroption water B - Oatmeal low sugar.. need a change! S - Trisquits w/melted cheese with a few grapes L - Hamburger w/sauce & cheese. D - Chicken & veggies of some type. Having a Birthday at work today. I made the cake with fat free/sugar free pudding & graham crackers/lite cool whip so it won't do too much damage. I'll have a small piece. Off to Curves tonight & a walk at lunch. Enjoy your day, Mickey

Morning all, I went to the gym this morning. 30 min run. B~string cheese S~ none L~ 2 oz pork chop and some squash from the garden D~not sure yet Still not too hungry.. just getting in what i can.

That chicken sounds yummy - what do you use for seasoning? Wehn you brown it on both sides do you olive oil in the pan or pam or something else? B- Protein shake L - ???? D- ???? I feel awful today - I left work because my throat is on fire and I'm just so exhausted - I have a TON of homework to do so I can't afford myself the luxery of just laying around although that's all I want to do...........I did take an hour nap but it didn't help much - here I am supposed to be doing my homework and posting here instead - it's much easier on the brain to post here then to right a paper on research methodololgies! Have a great day............

Oh my God - I'm so sorry about all these typos - I meant - write a paper - not right a paper - luxury not luxery - I'm sure I missed a couple - boy I really am not feeling too well maybe I should not write a paper now!!

Hi Tammy I use a little of that garlic flavored olive oil I keep handy. Just season the chicken with salt and pepper. The Tomato's have seasoning's already in them. ( I get the Big Y brand Diced tomato's) Hope you feel better soon! Take Care

B: Protein Shake and 2 ounces Cheese S: 1/2 Banana L: 1 Left over Pork Cutlet with Lettuce, cucumber, ff dressing S: 1 Mango D: Have not decided. Maybe Grilled Cheeseburger with side salad and left over cauliflower. Lots of water, tea, etc... Lot of problems on my plate today. Feeling very pressured today. Hope I can stay on track. "This too shall pass". Another day tomorrow.
