sugar free

hi everyone, i'm still on my 2 week liquid diet.i'm not hungry it just gets a little boring.i thought i'd let everyone know about da vinci gourmet syrups. their sugar free line has to have 30 flavors.i just ordered strawberry and huckleberry for instance.can use in foods and ****tails and they have recipes online.i hope mine are on my way. joni p.s.could improve those protein drinks!

Sounds good Joni - Let us know how it tastes when they come in! The 2 week liquids seemed like a long time while you're going through it but once it's over -that's it you won't have to do it again! Take care!

Hi Joni, I've tried these before. You can often find them at TJ Maxx. I used to buy them there. I've not had any since my surgery. I used to use them when I was on other diets. Hope you enjoy them. paula

I have the caramel one and it's great in shakes- chocolate, vanilla... just a splash is perfect!
