Hi Tammy! Thank you for the "Attaboy" I don't get them very often, . EVOO is Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I keep some in a little canning jar with some garlic cloves in it to flavor it and its Yummy over salad! Took a look at the new Pictures on the profile. Very Big Difference!! A Big "ATTAGIRL!!!!!!" cup of V8 w 1/2 scoop AnyWhey & lemon wedge
more water/crystal lite
cup of creamed broccoli soup w 1/2 scoop protein or full scoop protein shake..depends on how I feel
maybe a yogurt in there somewhere
