Morning everyone. A tad humid out there this morning. "Sigh" B Deli sliced Turkey wapped in slice of Provalone cheese S String Cheese Stick L Threw together a "Chef's" salad with Turkey, Cheese, olves, green onion, a bit of "EVOO" and Salt and Pepper. S Small Plum D Pork Chops cooked on trhe grill with steamed Broccoil. Lots of water along with my Large mug of Decaf to keep me hydrated through out the day. Went to the gym yesterday, boy got thru my circut but was a challenge. Funny how sometimes it's so much easier than othes, but glad I did anyway as while quite tired when done gave myself a quiet "Attaboy" when it was over. Hope everyone has a great day! Take Care

Good Morning Everyone, Snapple diet iced tea B - Egg w/cheese S - Mozz stick & grapes L - Hamburger w/sauce & cheese..lf vanilla yogurt D - ?? Not sure the boys are having KFC so I'll fend for myself. Some veggies are definately on order. Got some organic squash begging to be eatin'. Do my best to get at least 64 oz's fluid today. Curves tonight & a walk at lunch. Have a great Tuesday, Mickey

Hi Everybody will run five errands this morning to afternoon with my daugther who begged me to stay home today since there is not good weather for Beach trip. B spanich quiche crustless S load of water L Rye grilled cheese sandwiches with few sliced of tomatoes S load of water D chicken with mushroom and salsa top with mozz cheese melt with small salad S load of water maybe some cherries No exercise today Hugs Kathy K

Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing fine on this rainy and humid day.Went to go for a walk this morning but only walked 10 minutes and it started to pour. So, looks like I will be dancing with richard simmons today and hopefully it will stop raining so I can do my evening walk. Breakfast: 1/2 c Kashi Cereal with 1/2 c skim milk Snack: 2 oz. Chedder Cheese Lunch: Salad made with Romaine Lettuce, scallions, green peppers, cucumbers, Turkey and Cheese. Home made dressing with Lemon, Olive Oil and some herbs Snack: Piece of Fruit Dinner: Spare Ribs on the Grill Mock Mashed Potatoes made with Cauliflower & garlic Cucumber, tomatoe, onion salad Lots of Crystal lite and water. Its 11:30 and so far I have had about 56 oz. of liquid. Thanks for keeping me motivated. I stuck to my diet yesterday and felt so good about myself. Thank you - Thank you and a million Thank yous again. Hugs

The pureed ricotta with sauce and low fat cheese was just heaven - good thing I can't eat much of it!! B- pureed LF cottage cheese with 1 tbs of Polanar all fruit S - Protein Shake (surprised I could drink so much of it!) L- rest of ricotta from last night S - SF pudding D - not sure what I will have - either eggs or tuna pureed S - protein drink Have a great day and stay dry! Nancy

What is "EVOO"??? You might have given yourself a quiet attaboy but I want to give you BIG HUGE ATTABOY! Good for you Julio - your dedication to your health is so admirable - good job! B - Protein Shake w/yogurt in it - I froze some strawberry bannanna yogurt and it was better then the DD smoothies with much less sugar! S - two bites of my yogurt then got called into a meeting L - Salad with a boiled egg, a little seafood salad, some kidney beans, chickpeas, romaine lettuce and a dolup of blue cheese - I ate a pound of salad - does that sound like too much food? I'm full but not stuffed - I really think I need the next fill on Thursday D - We're going to Red Robin tonight - I'll probably get a bowl of chilli -or maybe I'll try a small turkey burger without the bun - I'll stay away from those fries!! S - No snack tonight (probably)
