Monday's Food Log
First day back at work...at least for part of the day!
B- Protein shake (just couldn't eat this morning)
S - Carb and sugar control yogurt
L- Tuna with light mayo, pickles, pureed
S- part of protein drink
d - might try ricotta cheese pureed adding sauce and ff cheese
s - sf popcicle
Any pureed ideas, let me know!!
