FEEDBACK about Autumn Walking trails

Hey Everybody, Julio wants to set up the date for our Ct message board gangs to go for pretty colorful leaves for walking trails and have healthly lunch from our back bag BUT I am from where there are alot of beaches here LOL I need feedback from all of you and we will vote the place and date for Autumn Walking trails . It will be fun, enjoy each other, and good memories!!! I know there are alot of trails up in the northern Conn. Please feel free to feedback Looking forward for it! Hugs Kathy K

Sounds like a neat idea! I liked the description of "Mattabesett Trail and Mount Higby" in Middlefield. I've never been but it sounds gorgeous. And - That puts us right in the middle of the state! 2nd choice - Sleeping Giant, I've always heard good things about it. So - Count me in - but my suggestion is - let's play the date kind of loose. In other words - once the color starts getting good - let's check the weather for the week and then decide if we want to go that week. This way we won't worry about rain, etc... Hugs!!! Carla
