glad to be back .a rough surgery for me,had a huge hiatal hernia that sucked up half of it inside.took dr.a and p.a.tobin 3.5 hrs. to save my life and i'm glad they did.in spite of the tough recovery i'm happy my life is now in the right direction.many thanks to everyones support in obhelp i won't forget it.little note to paula i'll get to you when i begin to feel able. love,joni

Hi Joni, I'm so glad to hear that you're home! Not so happy to hear of the hiatal hernia, though. But, if I had to choose anyone to fix it, it surely would be Dr Aranow and Elaine Tobin. You rest up. You'll have a bit tougher time with the added work, but, keep on moving as much as you can. Take your pain pills and sip, sip, sip that protein! The weight will come off so quickly that you'll not believe it. Hang in there and post to us often! paula

Glad to hear you are home and on your way to recovering from surgery. Sorry to hear your surgery was difficult, but I'm sure your results from getting this surgery will be well worth it.
