Well, the weekend is in sight folks! Hope everyone has a great day! B 1 1/2 poached eggs. (Molly mooched the other 1/2 egg from me ) S 1/2 a banana L Seafood salad with grape tomato's S Protien Shake after gym D Grilled Pork Chop with a small salad. Will hit the gym with Ray after work. Heading into work with my 20 oz decaf in hand and will drink my fill of water thru the day. Everyone have a great day and thanks for posting on the Food Log. Take Care

Good Morning Everyone, Poweroption lemon water B - Left over soup I made last night w/grated cheese S - Couple of Mozz sticks and some grapes L - Ricotta cheese w/sauce & mozzerella heated through. Yogurt w/apple pieces D - ?? Not sure yet will wing it when I get home maybe left over soup and some protein of sometype. S - Fruit No work out tonight, will walk during my lunch break. Hi Everybody Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since my surgery and still have sore and numb inside my Tummy. Tonight we are taking our puppy Jack to school. it will be fun! B-egg salad 1/2 cup and some grapes S load of water L will go out lunch with old friend and my mom S load of water D steak ham with small salad S load of water and some cherrries Walk normal around my neighborood street Have a great workout! Hi All - Julio dont' let your baby mooch too much from you! B - Protein Shake S - Too busy L - Tiny scoop of humus, boiled egg, 2 cherry tomatos, about an ounce of mozerella cheese and a tablespoon of blue cheese dressing D - Out to eat with Mom and my little guy tonight Will spin 20 minutes! Hey guys! Been working crazy hours lately, trying to help my company set up another office in East Harford. That has meant 12 hour work days and not much exercise. So, I've become pretty much a lurker this summer but hopefully things will slow down in Sept. pre-dawn protein bar B - cottage cheese w/ cashews s - protein bar L - lean cusine steak & broccoli meal S - iced coffee w/ milk & splenda D - scrambled eggs w/ cheese & salsa S - lf nsa ice cream I know I should exercise tonight b/c for once I will be getting home at a decent hour. But honestly, I may just go home and sleep. lol
