2 cups dd french vanilla coffe w/ fat free cream Breakfast - 2 over med eggs a piece of pancake w/ sugarfree syrup snack - 1/2 banana lunch - will be 1/2 of a roast beef wrap snack - fresh fruit dinner - Hopefully 3 oz broiled filet, veg. and salad snack - peach ? not sure if I'll have one plenty of water and just came back from the gym. good work out . now off to work. see you all later. Hi Everyone: B: Protein Shake S: some nuts L: Eggsalad in a bowl S: Iced Coffe D: probably a boca burger and veggie S: none Did 2 miles walking today at work lunchtime. Will go out again tonight at home after dinner like I did last night. Will do some of the exercise bike too tonight. Still feeling down, but alot better than I did yesterday. Have alot of my good friends sending me wonderful advice and ideas for menus to help me kick start my scale again. Thanks to my big brother Julio. my bestfriend Maryjo and Towanda for your kind emails and ideas too. Love you all. Hugs KimC

I am really late !! I have been working from home and they are keeping me soo busy!! Anyway, I walked further today then I have in the past and was only slightly winded so hopefully my stamina is rebuilding!! I walked everywhere before surgery and never was winded! Anyway here is my menu for today: B - Yougurt smoothie (my pouch didn't like this - didn't get sick, just sat in my stomach and felt it there for quite some time) S - part of protein shake L - Light and Fit smooth yogurt S - guess I forgot!! d - broth from some cream of soup Drank water, Iced decaf coffee (yumm) all day Have a great evening!

AACCCKKK... I left my lunch at home today....STUPID!! SO had to revise it on the fly & hit up Big Y for something. Here's how I made out: S - Mozz cheese sticks and a few baby carrots (had them left in the fridge at work) L - Chicken/Apple/Dried cranberry salad from Big Y. It was pretty darn good. I bought the team all the fixin's for ice cream sundaes and I bought some sugar free ice cream & sugar free carmel/hot chocolate toppings for me and another gal. It was VERY YUMMY..but over indulged a little. Felt overstuffed and my pouch was letting me know it. Need to be more careful. D - Made a BANGING home made white bean soup with different types of beans, carrots, squash, garlic, onion, & some left over chicken, it really hit the spot. Had a few trisquits w/lower fat cream cheese with it. Full & content! Did go to Curves & did go for my walk today. Enjoy your evening everyone, Mickey
