FOLKS ON SPOKES

Hey Everyone, I know we are all walking in September for WLS. Cant wait to see everyone at Hammonasset this year. I just wanted to let you all know there is another great event happening in Milford. I am very involved in this through my job and its a great way to walk or ride your bike with friends and family and enjoy the beautiful scenic coast. September 17, 2005 Fowler Field Check In varies on how many miles you will do Milford, CT Its sponsored by BRIDGES in Milford. I deal with this group through my work at the Community Center in Orange. Its a great event to raise money for a great Support System. The participants can either be walkers or ride their bikes. Its great to do with the whole family. They have a complimentary tshirt and lunch. Also great prizes are offered when you raise a certain amount from sponsors. Its a great thing to help out with.
