Morning Everyone, Supposed to be a beautiful day today. "Enjoy" ! B Veggie Burger S Small plum L Seafood Salad over lettuce S Protien shake D Turkey Kielbsa with steamed broccoli Will take my 20 oz cup of decaf to work with me along with box of flavor packets for my water. Forgot about a Dr's appointment yesterday so missed the gym so will hit it today. Hope everyone has a great day!

Truth be told... struggle struggle struggle. Not having a good time of it right now with food. Having to force myself to eat. Force... not a good word... encourage myself... that's better. Gotta go exercise. Perhaps that will help me. I do see a food/exercise connex. when I exercise... my food/hydration is better. At the very least I am taking my meds/supps/protein shake. Baby steps. Leslie Sansone and I have a date right now. Be back later to report planned food. T.

Hi Everybody I will be out of town to see Dr Goodkind so I am not prepare my food log but will drink alot of fluids intake B-scramble egg with ceddar cheese S some cherries and load of water L ??????? S load of water maybe protein bar D ??? have not decided yet S sf popsicle and load of water No Exercise Have a great day! Kathy K

Good Morning, Crystal light pink lemonade B- Egg w/cheese & ham S-mozz cheese mid am S - DD iced coffee....I'm sooo addicted. L- Left over grilled squash/carrots/almonds with steak. Vanilla yogurt with chopped apple. D - Salad greens w/grilled chicken pieces. S- Fruit of some type. Maybe peach or watermelon? Curves tonight & a walk at lunch. Have a great day everyone! Mickey

WATER perhaps WATER WATER WATER L - 1 cup lowsugar/fat vanilla yogurt, 1/2 slice cantelope S - Protein Shake (25 gms protein) with 1 cup Lowfat Milk WATER WATER WATER D - ???? Not sure yet. Turkey burger? or... Turkey Kielbasa with small salad. Again, big thanks for this food/exercise log. It keeps my journey's path conscious. T.

Good Morning Julio and my CT pals I, too love those flavor packets for my bottled water..most of the time I use the 4c decaf tea (big Y had those on sale a few weeks ago!) and sometimes I use the CL peach tea. I down at least 40 oz of that a day...besides my decaf coffee... Yesterday was a good eating day for me..and I did one hr of spinning a the gym. What a workout that is..but I enjoy it. B-rye toast w/ melted cheese S-cherries L-tuna salad over greens S-protein bar D-meatloaf--spinach S-peach Going to the gym..do my "express circuit"...and 30 min on the eliptical. Good morning everyone, HEY JOANIE, SO GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK ON THE BOARDS SWEETIE, WE MISS YOU HERE. HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU AND THE FAMILY. Having a great morning so far, second day back to work since vacation and all caught up with my work load. Will go walking today at lunch time. Then tonight walk with Erin and on the bike again. B: hard boiled egg S: Iced coffee with splenda L: leftover salad from subway turkey, ham, cheese, lett, tom, cucs S: jus****er D: hamburger with cheese S: sf icecream (maybe) IF IT KILLS ME I WILL MAKE THIS DAMN SCALE MOVE. Its gone up now and I dont know what I am doing wrong. I am so pissed off right now I could scream. I am doing the best I can and I just dont get it. Am I meant to be this weight forever now. I want just to get out of the 200s, thats all I am asking for. Is that too much to ask. Why is this so hard for me. I feel like I am being punished, I have done so well and now it stops. Your all probably tired of hearing me complain. I am sorry, its just so frustrating. I try so hard, I have a positive attitude and I work hard and this is what I get for all of it. I am so mad right now. I just want to get past this, All I want is to lose 20lbs and be out of the 200s. I will be happy at 199. Please God just let this happen. Well thanks all for letting me vent. Well now you can all see why I didn't want to have a face with my name (I hate pictures of me!!). But anyway now some of you might recognize me at future OH activities!! Here is my menu: B - Light & Fit carb and sugar control vanilla yogurt S- Protein Shake (maybe a third of it!) L - strained cream of chicken soup (1/2 cup) S - more protein shake D - more soup of some kind will drink all day and walk around - really need to build up my stamina. Went to the grocery store to do weekly shopping and was soo worn out. Guess it is time to join Curves (one step at at time!). Have a great day!

Hey Nancy, First off stop picking on your picture, You look great! Second remember this is not a race. Take your time and work at your own pace. Afternoon all French vanilla coffee with fat free cream Breakfast- single mushroom, onion, swiss omlette crust of rye tst. snack - handfull of nuts & peach Lunch - sb protein bar dinner - not sure yet. but something healthy. snack - ? maybe dried berries
