Morning Everyone!, Just let Mollly out and its really yukky out there, Hot and Humid!! Strap those water bottles on today, Your gonna need them! B Pepperoni and Cheese roll up S 1/2 a banaa L Turkey and Cheese,lettuce and tomato wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. S Protien shake after gym D Grilled sausage with peppers and onions. Lots and Lots of Water today. Our Bodies need it especially on days like this! Will hit the gym with Ray after work today. On days like this the last thing you want to do is go to the gym but I'm so glad I did once I get there. Everyone have a great day! P. S. Kathy, You look wonderful and so glad your healing is progressing so well. Jill and Jack are sweet and I know the both of them will keep you busy as your healing continues! You just take it easy!

Watching my food intake like a hawk today. 3 meals of good healthy protein, veggies/fruit WATER WATER WATER. slept late. exercise later? T.

Good Morning Everyone! Propel lemon water B- few bites of fried egg w/cheese...bleck too hot to eat! S - Beef jerkey L - egg salad on trisqiuits, a few bites of canalope, might have 1/2 sugar free eskimo ice cream sandwich. D - Burgers on the grill..no bun & some raw veggies Loads of H2O and other drinks. Going to Curves tonight. Stay cool & keep hydrated everyone! Kathy I'm sooo happy you're feeling good and got the tubes out. I bet you look like a million bucks! Go for that belly button ring.. tee hee... Mickey

I agree- too hot to eat- summer was always an easy dieting time except for the Ice Cream issue which has now been solved for me- makes me dump! Sugar free fudgecicles from Schwans for me! Going to walk at the mall today - I hurt my back lifting boxes with poor body mechanics (Bad me!!!) so no gym for a few days. b- egg on low carb toast l-roast beef (Boar's Head very lean and tender ) wrapped up with a little FF mayo and lettuce. s- apple and small piece low fat cheddar d-lean cuisine - a low carb one - you really have to look at the nutrition info on them. I saw one with like 45 g of carbs- yeeeesh! s-what else? SF fudgey bar from Schwan's decaf tea up the ying yang today - I try for 64 ounces.

You know Julio, your food log for today sounds delicious. I think I'll have almost the same. so far I have only had breakfast. And I've been thinking what to have for the rest of the day and you just solved that problem. so here goes. Breakfast - Dannon's fit and light yogert with added blueberries, (for the brain) and 1/2 banana Lunch will be a turkey lettuace tomato wrapped in whole wheat wrap snack - will be a protein bar Dinner will be sausage with peppers and onions. and lots of water and of course my french vanilla coffe with low fat cream. thanks again for the ideas. Hi Koukla, Glad to hep out. I try to keep my menu's interesting so I don't get in a rut. At times I may have the same thing for lunch only because the family is not big on certain things so I have to eat them alone. ( Seafood salad and Tuna salad come to mind.) Thats what's great about the food log. Everybody gets to see all the choices we are all eating and hopefully it wil make their choices easier as well! Have a great day! :wave

Little late today.... got up late this morning. rush rush. B - mozz cheese s - dried cranberrys and handful nuts L- hummus & crackers, sl. cheese and grapes s - sb protein bar, and a oatmeal raisin cookie later on (tsk tsk) d - hot dog, carrot sticks and handful chips iced decaf coffee and lots of water today. yoga at the beach (and praying we don't get zapped by lightning while in downward dog pose, lol) looks like this heat is going to break pretty soon, have a nice cool night! terri
