Morning Everyone! Took molly out for a "tinkle" and its horrible out there! So Humid! Bring your water bottles with you today, we are going to need them! B 2 poached eggs S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's Turkey kielbasa with green beans S Small Plum D Meatball in sauce with a small salad. Will drink lots of water with my green tea mixed in. Heading into work extra early to get out before it gets too hot today! Take care folk's and stay cool! P.S. Good Luck at Dr. Goodkind's today Kathy! The minor discomfort from getting your "Drains" removed will be followed by such sweet relief! Be Well,

Good Morning, Crystal light pink lemonade....I'm starting the fluids early! B - Left over lower fat cornbeef hash w/cheese S- beef jerkey L-egg salad on 1/4 slice of whole grain organic pumpernickle bread, fresh cantalope D-?? The boys want to go to Pizza hut...I'll probably have the salad bar & eat the topping off of a slice of pizza. Will attempt a walk at lunch & off to curves tonight for exercise. Stay cool everyone & hydrate! Mickey

Thank you Julio for wishing me good luck about drain tube remove. I will update about this tonight I took my puppy and dog outside this early morning . Oh boy it already very warm outside in early morning!!!! B cottage cheese with chuck pineapple S alot of load of water L ??? will go out lunch with my hubby S load of water d ????? No exercise for me but I do have alot of questions with Dr goodkind about when I can start walking then weightlift then go jogging again I know Jogging and weight lift will be 5 more weeks from now but walking is probably fine not powerwalking. I do miss my exercise . STAY COOL!!!!! Hugs Kathy K

It is showing 120 in the sun here! That's unreal! My a/c hasn't stopped running - Our electric bill was $300 last month - I can't imagine what it will be for this month! B - Protein Shake S - Yogurt L - Peanut Butter with Cool Whip (I just wanted something cold and light) S - 5 Tortilla Chips w/salsa D - Cheese Quesadia (however you spell it!) I'm not doing too good on water so far - I've only had about 16 ounces - I'll kick it up before the day is over! Stay cool! Tammy
