HEAT WAVE=MORE FLUIDS
Just a friendly reminder...
There's a heat wave on (I know some of you are not feeling it cause you're weighing less) BUT, we have to make sure we water load even more than usual. Our bodies need the fluids.
Keep away (as much as you can) from caffeine (as it dehydrates you) and alcohol (the same).
Every time you pass a sink, take a drink.
I don't want to hear/read of my OH buddies passing out from heat exhaustion due to not drinking!
I really feel for those that don't have A/C at home or at work, or that work outdoors. Please take precautions to not get heat stroke.
