Morning everyone!, Wil be wicked hot today so work at getting your fluids in!
B 3oz's bran flakes with 1/2 cup skim milk and a few fresh strawberrys
S 1/2 banana
L 3oz's seafood salad over some shredded lettuce
S protien shake after gym
D Grilled Turkey kielbasa with sweet potato and a small salad.
Will hit the gym after work with Ray. Everybody be careful walking out there today. Between temps andhumidity its going to be "Nasty"! Take Care All,

L - 2 oz talapia, fresh raw veggies, 1 tbls south beach dressing
S - PROTEIN Shake with lowfat milk
D - Yogurt, ???? Support group night. perhaps... more cottage cheese?

Supps: calcium, multi, synthroid.
Somebody REMIND ME to get a B12 shot PRONTO!

And lots of iced decaf tea all the long day..........promise to stay hydrated, take my multi, my calcium, and both irons.....and the b12....
Last night was really bad for me...I was going to go to the pool with my son right after work, and grabbed some toast to eat quickly while getting ready,,,OMG!!!!
it got stuck something awful...I got the foamies, the stomach cramps, and felt really icky....boohoo.....felt really bad about not being able to go to the pool, but just couldnt.
So will take it slowly today and chew, chew, chew.....Again, its me feeling too complacent that led to this problem last night...It's been a while since anything got stuck, and i guess I felt I din't "get that anymore"...stupid! Another lesson learned.

I am sorry you had that happen to you. It's good to have a reminder every now and again though... reminds us that it still works Take it easy today.

d - don't know yet, turkey meatballs on the menu, but may be too hot for that

Hi Everybody
It looks like Dr Goodkind wants to see me tomorrow in his office to remove my stiches and drain tubes out which I am little nervous about drain tubes because I never had drain tubes before since I got them from TT. Alot of cold fluid intake for me all day and work on my hobby pictures in my private krewsky website. I lost alot of weight since my extra skin from my surgery and I am still swollen from my breasts and stomach.
B smoothies with strawberries and banana with protien intake total is 40 protein
S load of water
L tuna salad
S load of water
D cold chef salad to keep cool with low fat dressing
S sf popciple and smooties and load of water
STAY COOL!!!!

D - ?? Don't feel like cooking - Kathy's cold chef's salad sounds like a great idea!
Exercise is still not happening - I'm afraid to mess my knee up before vacation - I'll get back to spinning if I can after my vacation to Sesame Place on Friday....
