Great Adventures

I went to an amusement park for the first time in years, Great Adventures in NJ. I had so much fun! I don't think I had that much fun even when I was a teenager and went. I fit in all the rides with room to spare, it was amazing! I would love to say that I wasn't tired but it was 100 degrees in the shade and I didn't have enough to drink (at 3.50 a bottle, water was used sparingly). But all in all it was a wonderful experience and one of the reasons why I say this surgery was a real blessing!

Christine, Congrats to you sweetie, I know how you feel. I am in Virginia this week at Busch Gardens and having a blast. I cant tell you how rewarding this feels being able to enjoy for the first time in a very long time. This surgery was definately a blessing!!!!!!! Take care sweetie Hugs to you KimC

Hi Christine, So good to hear you had so much fun! I know that this year, I too can fit in the rides, but, I get sick on them and am afraid, so, hubby goes on them with the kids! I'm just not that adventurous!!! I don't get that "thrill" that everyone else does...Just a lot of ING Drink up, my dear, especially with this heat wave hitting 103 come Wednesday. paula
