OMG! We just had pizza for supper - I used to be able to eat like 5 or 6 pieces without a problem and didn't even feel stuffed - I just ate 1 piece and stopped - I was satisfied - WOW -what a difference - I think I might have found the sweet spot finally! Let the journey begin! Tammy

Good going Tammy!, Keep up the great work and watch the weight just fall off! Add a brisk walk to it and the weight will fly off! When it's hot like this I go to the Mall sometines to excersize, just leave the wallet at home! LOL. Take Care,

Wow Lisa - hmmmm losing 100 lbs. or eating pizza - let me think a nanosecond about that..........HOLY COW 100 pounds!! Congratulations!!! I can understand missing it - I am totally going to miss having a chicken patty sandwich once in a while but now I know it just gets stuck there I'll gladly not eat it - the stuck situation is so very horrible to experience -that pain and sliming! The good news about pizza is there are many things that taste like pizza - you can still have the sauce and the cheese right? I totally understand missing a food you love though - I used to LOVE shrimp until I ate it 3 times and threw up so violently I actually popped blood vessels in my forehead and eyes - yes I went through it 3 times before I figured out that shrimp and I aren't friends - man I miss biting into a big juicy shrimp ****tail smoothered in ****tail sauce - that little pop when your teeth sink into the shrimp. Yummm - but the wouldn't be worth it! Sorry for the graphic description I just wanted to let you know I can relate! Congrats again on the 100 pounds - that is so awesome you must feel great! Tammy

you go girl! I'm sure I could eat more than one so your restriction must be going faster than mine. Keep up the good work !!!

Bree - I am so totally at my sweet spot now I know what people are talking about - since my fill on 7/12 I have dropped 7 pounds! It truly is a difference in portion sizes - like today I got the small serving of beef barley soup and I couldn't even eat it all - I used to get the big serving of the soup and a wrap sandwich and eat it all!! Tonight for dinner I had one sausage patty, a 1/2 a piece of bread and 2 or 3 spaghetti noodles - it's totally crazy the amount of food I am getting satisfied with - now I know why the protein shakes are so important - without that I would never ever be able to get in the amount of protein we're supposed to. I'm at 2.2 cc and I think I'm going to cancel my next fill appointment on 8/17 (I think that's when it is) - I think I can stay at this level for a while - I'm so glad I was conservative getting this fill and didn't go to the 2.4 because I think that would have been way too tight. What are you up to now for a fill? Do you feel any restriction? When is your next appointment? Take care! Tammy
