Hi Folks! Weekend is in sigh,thank goodness! B 3oz's kashi crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk S string cheese stick L Hamburger patty with some steamed zuccinni S Protien shake after gym D Grilled pork chop with some steamed Broccoli. Will get my fill of fluids today. With this hot weather I can feel when I haven't gotten enough water. Will hit the gym with Ray after work. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good Morning, Herbal Tea B - Ham & cheese warmed up S - Mozz cheese stick or beef jerkey L - fat free refried beans, yogurt w/peaches, 1/4 slice organic pumpernickle bread w/fat free cream cheese D - Not sure yet?? Protein w/veggies of sometype. S - optional....grapes or watermelon Taking a walk at lunch & going to Curves. Lots of fluids today..been not getting much H2o in lately. Have a good day, Mickey

thanks for the water reminder mickey.... i am filling my big bottle right after this to make sure i have plenty with me today. b - cottage cheese s - cherries l - leftover chicken & tomatoes from last night s - sb protein bar d - some other concoction of chicken.... maybe grilled with summer veggies s -- sf popcicles. hood is putting out their version and they are pretty good. a couple of new flavors too.... root beer and banana yoga at the beach.... last night with my favorite instructor. she is moving to seatlle i am really going to miss her and her special lullabies during shavasana

Woooo Hooooo, I got the clearance for Danielle to proceed with caution to eat like a normal person!!!! Will I ever be normal??? Who knows Bkfst: Banana protein shake 20 grams of protein Lunch: SALAD!!!!!! with chicken on it. Couldn't eat much but who cares it was good Dinner: Gonna try a piece of red meat (I am so giddy about this) Snack: S/F pudding Drank lots of water today, and will walk with hubby around track again 1 mile. Took all meds and calcium, b12, multi vitamin Have a good day everyone

Hey big brother, On vacation starting today. WOOO HOOOO!!!!! b: Egg omelet s: coffee L: just protein drink s: sugar free icecream d: not sure yet s: not sure yet Did some walking today while shopping. Not much exercise today, have to go to the dentist . YUK YUK. Tonight Erin, me and Maryjo go to see Kenny Chesney in Hartford. I am so excited about this, its her first concert and mine since surgery. I cant wait to sit on the grass and be able to get up no problem Everyone have a great day today. Will be back tomorrow. Hello everyone, Breakfast was coffee 2 soft boiled eggs crust from one slice ww tst. Gym snack yogert w/ blueberries Lunch - Protein Bar Dinner - 4 oz. chopped sirloin w/ mushrooms & onions a few carrots and a little salad Plum Snack - slim a bear no sugar added low fat ice cream sandwich
