Morning folks, Hope everyone is having a great week! B Turkey and cheese roll up. S String Cheese stick L 3oz's chicken breast in broth with green beans S Non fat yoguert D Chili Burger , no bun, with a small salad. Will take my big cup of "Decaf" along with me to work as well as drinking my fill of green tea flavored water. Went to gym yesterday so will get some yard work done when I get home today. Everyone have a lovely day!

Hey J-man! Exercise DONE (phew) FOOD B--1/2 c fromage blanc (heehee bob!) 1/2 cup fresh berries. S--HB egg WATER WATER WATER L--3.5 oz turkey tenderloin with raw assorted veggies, 1 tbls south beach dressing S--1/2 apple D--not yet planned. will be dense protein of some sort. WATER WATER WATER S --1 cup lowfat milk... perhaps my protein shake. Tootles...

Hi Julio I am crying !!! Missed my exercise routine !!!! but I am good girl to sit down and do nothingexcept reading mazagine and watch TV I am listening Dr Goodkind because he is checking on me daily through email . LOL B-smoothie S water water L chicken salad with cherries tomatoes with Terri ( I am looking forward her visit) S Water Water D my mom will make barq chicken with vetgetable S simple smart milk and water EXECERCISE..... move my legs to prevent blood clots Hey everybody dont forget to make your plan for 30 min for exercise so you won t feel guilty!!! Hi Little Sister! You being such a Good Girl by not excersizing! Have to follow doctors orders so you heal up quickly! I know those little gears are turning in your head trying to figure out how to get in a few arm excersizes in while your laying there! "Don't Do It!" You will be back at it soon enough! Just relax and keep behaving.

Good Morning everyone, Well my vacation starts tomorrow. WOOO HOOO!!!!!!!! I am so excited we leave Sunday Morning for Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg. We have not been there since before my surgery and my husband and daughter are so excited about me being able to walk around and being able to enjoy the rides too. Anyway tomorrow night going with Maryjo and my daughter to see Kenny Chesney, I am so excited about that too. Busy rest of the week catching up on cleaning, then packing for the trip. Have a family reunion on Saturday too. So Sunday we will be getting up at 4am to leave. Well you will all be proud of me last night I walked 3 miles with Tom and Maryjo and their boys, my husband and my daughter and it was awesome. There was a nice breeze and it wasnt too hot. I love walking the riverwalk in Derby its really nice. I may walk the boardwalk in WH tonight. Next week will be doing alot of swimming and walking on vacation. Hi everyone!! bkfst: cottage cheese and diced peaches in light syrup (drained the syrup off didn't want to take a chance) exercise: 30 minutes on exercise bike (8.2 miles wooooo hoooo used to be able to ride 15 miles before I got fat!!!) lunch: panera l/f chicken noodle soup (didn't eat the noodles, just the chicken and the mushy carots even tried onion today, that's one for the record book) dinner: left over pork from last night and some more canned green beans meds: synthroid, lamictal, prozac, multi vitamin I have consumed 3 bottles of water today. Stepped on the scale and I lost 3 lbs since Monday, I guess eating and drinking really do help!!!!! P.S. I had to buy new clothes for work today and OMG I bought a size 18 pant!!!!!!!!! Can't remember the last time I was an 18!!!!!!!!

Breakfast - 1 egg cheese omlette crust of 1 slice ww tst. cup of coffee with milk, NO sugar Snack - sugar free ice cream small Cup of coffee Lunch - South Beach Protein Bar Dinner - Cucumber and tomato salad 10 grapes and water thru out the day. No gym today but I did shop for 3 hours. Looking for a dress for a wedding. Not used to shopping at a store. It was exhausting. Finally got a skirt and top. Better than nothing.
