Morning everyone, Hope everybody got enough rest, B poached egg with slice of LF cheese. (Usually have 2 but my beagle was looking extra pathetic this morning and I gave in to her! S 1/2 a banana L 3oz's london broil with a few tablespoons of green beans S will have my protien shake after gym today D Turkey hot dog nite tonight . No Bun for me with a little kraut and a small side salad. Will head into work with my 20 oz decaf coffee and get my fill of water throughout the day. Hope everyone has a great day!

Hi Everybody I am feeling much better than yesterday. Finally got my bowel movement!!! Thank you for all youR tips and advice yesterday where I asked for advised about bowel movement.I rested and slept yesterday. I took a quick shower and it helped me much better but is looking forword to take another shower and clean my banages from my big scar below my stomach. Smoothie (love it alot) load of water and some cherries L Grilled cheese sanadwiches Load of water and some cherries D my mom s homdemade meatballs with mozz with small salad S Smoothies and load of water REST AND WATC RENT TV No Exercise except move my legs to prevent blood clots Have to admit that Dr Goodkind is the best doctor because he emailed to check on me twice a day to make sure I am okay since I cannot talk on the phone. Loooking forward to have short visit from Nancy K this late afternoon Hugs Kathy K

THANKS Julio for taking the helm while Kathy recoups. I so need this reminder/login daily to help keep me on the right road. EXERCISE.... 2 MILES Leslie Sansone Walking Tape, 30 mins cardio/resistance band. Off to do that as I type. FOOD 1000 cals is the goal. 3 protein dense meal with some good carb veggies/fruit. protein shake = 25 extra gms protein 70 oz H20 is the goal Yogurt with calcium in it multi/synthroid T.

Good Morning Everyone! Herbal Tea B - Ham w/melted cheese S- Beef jerkey and maybe a string cheese L - rolled up turkey lunch meat w/provolone cheese, 1/4 slice of whole grain organic rye bread w/fat free cream cheese (my first piece of bread!) few bites of low fat vanilla yogurt with few slices of fresh organic peaches D - Chicken Parmesean. No pasta for me will have some left over summer squash. Will drink plenty of fluids and my Dunkin Donuts iced coffee today. Will take a walk at lunch & off to Curves again tonight for exercise Enjoy your day, Mickey

Hey there big brother, Miss ya, thanks for doing this for Kathy, she will be back on soon. I am getting so excited my vacation starts as of Thursday and all of next week. WOO HOO B: Iced Coffee S: egg L: Ham and cheese rollups S: iced coffee D: probably chicken and veggie S: none Will be doing my walking all this week with Mare and Tom at the derby riverwalk. Its so nice to walk there. Then next week we will be in Busch Gardens VA. Can't wait. Everyone have a great day Hugs KimC

Hi everyone, I am going to try this as a food log, it will keep me on track. Thanks Paula for the suggestion!!!! bkfst: cottage cheese (2 1/2 oz.) w/ sliced strawberries (2) lunch: chicken broth with a couple of crackers snack: sugar free pop (orange, last one in the box ) snack: protein shake (can you believe it???? I can't) 20 g of protein dinner: 2 1/2 oz pork chop (boneless and trim the fat off, mashed up really smooth) couple of green beans (canned, nice and soggy) snack: sugar free pudding (swirl, my favorite) exercise: 8 trips up the stairs with laundry (does it multiply or what???) walk around EL HS track (4 times, it equals a mile!!!!) meds: synthroid, multi vitamin, B12, calcium chew (disgusting), prozac, lamictal I think I got it all in. I start work next week, so really trying to get a schedule. I really want to thank everyone for all their great advice. I touched my heart, but also made me realize that if I don't get on the ball, I am going to fall flat on my face and I refuse to fail!!!!! Jen
