Hey Terri! No Bad "WLS" patients here! That "Raw Sauce" sounds delish! Would add a little olive oil and chopped garlic and spread it on a little toasted seedless rye slice.! Yum !

Oh yes Julio, I forgot to list the olive oil and about a 1/4 c. parmesan cheese with that raw sauce. Someone taught me how to make that years ago and it is one of my summer favorites. It is awesome with fresh garden tomatoes and fresh basil. I use 5-6 large fresh tomatoes, about 6 cloves of garlic, 1/4c. parm cheese and 1/4c. olive oil, some fresh basil chopped up in it and salt and pepper to taste. The sun bakes it all day and the tomatoes break down into a nice chopped tom sauce. it is good over pasta, fish and all kinds of meat. Or like you say as a salsa with toasted bread. Enjoy!
