Food & Exercise Thursday

Hi everybody this is my last input for my food/exercise log until I am well enough with dr approve to go ahead for exercise. I am going miss exercise routine is that strange to say this because I dont say this before I had gastric bypass and this surgery gave me second chance to enjoy my body freedom and exercise to keep my shape up believe it or not iam not that nervous until tomorrow. I know I have three wonderful angels, kim c , mary jo and towanda will be there to support me at hospital and they will report to let you know how I am doing after surgery. Today will be very busy for me at work and home too. Thank you for keeping me in your prayers and I will be come back on line to let you know how I am doing since I will be bored at home without exercise. I have alot of nurses (my kids, my hubby and my mom) who will take care of me esspecially my mom who just got retired recently this earlier month. I do not know what to do without my mom. Keep your input food/exercise track and enjoy this summer time! B cold chicken s load of water l rye with turjey sandwich s load of water d ??????? Will go to gym to do an hour for cardio oh boy I am going to miss this s simple smart and laod of water until I go to bed no water or food after midnight hugs kathy k

Exercise.... DONE! 3 MILES Leslie Sansone Walking Tape, 45 mins cardio/resistance band. FOOD 1000 cals is the goal. 3 protein dense meal with some good carb veggies/fruit. protein shake = 25 extra gms protein (testing out the Isopure NEW shakes) 70 oz H20 is the goal Yogurt with calcium in it multi/synthroid KATHY! Good luck tomorrow! You will do well I am sure. T.
