Needed to destress today! The 3 miles tape did it for me!
FOOD
1000 cals is the goal.
3 protein dense meal with some good carb veggies/fruit.
protein shake = 25 extra gms protein
70 oz H20 is the goal
Yogurt with calcium in it
multi/synthroid
Hopefully it will be cooler today... that said...

Sorry I was not on line in few days ago... There are alot of stressful at work in few days and it is getting better today. I need a hot bath tonight !!!

will skip exercise tonight but will do jogging last time tomorrow I am going to miss my exercises LOL Is I am crazy

Hi everybody. Hope everyone made it thru that wicked storm last night. We lost power around midnight, ( My son woke me to tell me! ) . Got it back at 3:45 A.M. Couldn't sleep anyway. My Beagle "Molly" has been at the vets the last couple of days. She was having Seizures every 2 hours. She is on Meds but they weren't working so they are watching her to try to break the cycle. Not sure if I will be picking her up today or having her put down. Needles to say it's been a hell of a day

D Turkey kielbasa with some steamed Zuccinni
Went to gym to work out and try to get me out of my "Funk". Got a good workout in but still distracted. Should hear from the vet after 4pm, counting the minutes. Take care all.

So sorry to hear about Molly, I pray she is okay. Give her a big hug from us. I am so sorry your in such a funk today. I know how that is. Your always there for me so now its my turn.

I waited until it started to rain to exercise last night. Felt so good and I felt the stress melt away. I was so tense from work being so busy! Who knew!
