Onederland at last!!!

I had to visit Dr. Aranow today for a slight unfill, and was thrilled when the scale read a full 100 lbs. less than I started this journey at. I have already met the goal Dr.A. had set for me, but I would like another 25 lbs to come off. Being that lap banders generally lose for 18-24 months,and I am 14 months out, there is a good chance I will make my goal. Meanwhile I will enjoy being able to wear a 14 or 16, being off of all medications, and just feeling healthy!! Marcia
