FOOD/Exercise LOG TUESDAY
Exercise.... DONE!
I am still simply amazed as to how this exercise thing has really changed my life.
No excuses... last week did not exercise... and MISSED IT! This is wonderful!
I say this because I have struggled with exercise all my life.
Thanks to a few folks I am not on a stable road to exercising.
FOOD
1000 cals is the goal.
3 protein dense meal with some good carb veggies/fruit.
protein shake = 25 extra gms protein
70 oz H20 is the goal
Yogurt with calcium in it
multi/synthroid
Have I forgotten anything? Any of the essentials?

Good Morning Everyone,
Taking the rest of the week off. We have alot of changes going on at work over the next several months so want to get some R & R before it all hits.
Going to Curves this morning after I drop my son off at camp.
Propel grape flavored water
B- lower fat spam heated w/low fat provolone cheese
L-?? Something light I'll be working around the house all day
D-?? Something on the grill too hot to cook.
Lots of water & sugar free iced tea today. It's going to be a scorcher!
Taking my son down to Ocean Beach for a few days. Booked a room at the Lighthouse Inn. It was a little pricey but really looking forward to chilling out. Will return on Friday. Having a barbeque at my house for my team members on Saturday so it'll be a pretty fun but hectic rest of the week.

Oh you are being such a good girl and I am being such a bad one. lol
I walked 3 miles on Sunday but nothing yesterday. It was just too dang hot to move and I don't forsee it being any better today. But I can't go on exercise strike until the fall can I?

Was murder at work today. No A/C in my shop so drank up a load of water with green tea. Too bloody hot to get any yard work done so will just hit the Nordic Trac after supper. Have a great night everyone and remember! Drink , Drink, Drink!
Hey everyone,
Not a great day today out there, what a disgusting heat wave. I did not do my usual walk on the track, just walked my hallways in the air. Too unbearable out there.
I had my union meeting tonight so did not get to do my usual walking. Promised Maryjo and Tom I would go with them for now on, they are cracking the whip. Will start up again as soon as the soreness goes away from the accident. I PROMISE!!!!

Not very hungry today, I did drink a mega amount of fluids today. Did my diet cranraspberry icetea, my crystal lights and waters all day today. NEEDED THOSE FLUIDS FROM THE HEAT, YUKKY OUT!!!!
Anyway thank you everyone for your kind emails and posts regarding my car accident I so do appreciate all of you being so caring and supportive towards me and Erin. We love you all.
