Hi Kim... I'm so sorry to hear about your accident... and the run of bad luck you've been having. But thank goodness nobody was seriously injured!!! The way I look at life in times like these is this... For whatever reason, God is trying to make you stronger, teach you something that you will need later in life. And he only does things like this to those who he KNOW are strong enough to handle it, and WILL make it through. Don't ask why... just ask for the strength and wisdom to make the right decisions to get through it. I have you in my thoughts and prayers... hang in there lady, you'll come out fine *hugs* CarolJean

Kim, If you have uninsured mororist coverage in your car insurance (along with your liability) it should take care of the other woman's car problems. Do you have collision on your car? Then it should take care of your car as well. Everything will work out, don't worry. Just take care of you and Erin and reassure her that everything is ok. THINGS WILL GET BETTER!!!!! TURN YOUR STINKIN' THINKIN' around and turn it into something positive. Don't be so down on yourself. This wasn't your fault. It was an ACCIDENT. I just had one over Memorial Day weekend and it was my fault and it was stupid. I rear ended a pick up truck at a stop light! Foot slipped off of the brake and wham, right into his back end. Crap happens... Have you ever tried to do positve affirmations of any kind? Either by reading them or listening to a cd? They really help to turn the negative thoughts over to positive thinking. I can give you some titles if you'd like. Or do a search for them on the web. If you need anything, just yell. I'll be here for you. You have a great life...look for the little miracles in it...Like you're alive tonight and not in a hospital bed in a coma on life support, etc. It's the little stuff we have to focus on. Hang in there. paula

I'm so sorry about your accident. Hope you and Erin won't be in too much pain tomorrow. downtown New Haven is such a bad place to drive. The people there never obey the stop lights. I do believe you had the green light. I've seen that so many times down there. And people like us, who obey the rules, get hurt. And hope your witnesses gave their names to you or the police. Good Luck. Hang in there. Koukla

I want to send my love and thoughts out to you and Erin, Kim. It's bad enough when you feel guilty about the things you have done wrong, but when you're being held responsible for something not your fault - well, you just want to blow your top. I have been there many many times. But I agree with CarolJean. God only gives you as much as he knows you can handle. That's why it's us strong people get all the crap in life and the weaker people have been given lower expectations from the Big Guy in the sky. Hang in there. Your rewards are just around the corner. Love, Linda

Kim, Thank god you and Erin (and the rest of the people) are okay. As Julio said, that is the most important thing. I am sure you will be sore tomorrow and you are smart in taking the day off. Please try and cheer up - I too have the worst luck and sometimes I have to just sit back and say it can't get any worse right!! I have what is called the Shafman (my maiden name) curse - my dad always had the worst luck when he was alive. I am sure the insurance will take care of things for you. In the end, everything will work out. Try and stay positive, it is what keeps me going. Hugs, NancyK
