Feeling very depressed lately
Hey Kim,
I got home from vacation and was sorry to hear that you are feeling down but look the bright side... you did not gain alot of weight and just keep intake alot of protein foods, stay away from carb foods and load of water ( alot of water). You can try to find a way to build up more cardio intake. I am sure you will burn alot of calories on your vacation with alot of walking!!! I hate when someone to compare each other for how much we lost weight and what size pant we are wearing.... The most important is asking us how we are feeling? We are feeling great and feel more healthier!!!
