Morning All, I have my 18 month follow up visit with Dr. Aranow this morning. It is actually closer to my 2 year anniversary than it is to 18m, it is hard to believe it has been that long already. Anyway.... B - Coffee w/protein powder L - Salad w/a scoop of tuna salad on top D - Shish-Ka-Bobs! s - sb protein bar (after lunch) s - sf popcicle or no sugar added rice pudding Yoga tonight at Harkness Later! Hey there cutie pie, Congrats on the 2 years. Thats awesome and your doing so great too. I am so proud of you and so glad to know you too. I hope to see more of you in the future. My husband enjoyed talking with your hubby at the picnic, he is such a nice guy. We have to make plans and get together. Hugs to you and the girls and your hubby too. Gotta get the scale moving its really depressing. Still have not heard from my surgeon on my blood work, they claim they never got it back, this is nuts its been three weeks. Thanks Kim, Jack enjoyed talking to your hubby too. It would be great to get together. I had a really good visit with Dr. A. I am a little iron deficient so I have a prescription for that. Other than that, bloodwork came back and everything looked good. I was afraid he wouldn't be pleased with me cuz I haven't lost anything in almost a year, but instead he was happy that my weight remained stable. Gave me a few tips in how to lose by waterloading 16oz before meals and that would help lower portion size. And... of course more exercise. Anyway, I hope you get your bloodwork back soon and you can get that scale moving again. I am so proud of you for all the exercise you are doing... can you send a little of that energy my way? have a great night Kim terri

b...Protein coffee.....................................................................20 grams protein s...power crunch bar...yummy...................................................14 grams l...,Lentil soup..........................................................................24 grams s...power crunch bar................................................................14 grams d...1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 green pepper, 1/2 celery stalk...18 grams If I get hungry again tonight will have the other half of the green pepper.....Made steak for hubby and daughter tonight, but sorta smarting from the lentil soup, so did not want to eat something as heavy as steak,,,,the thought of it kinda turned my stomach...Didn't feel like cooking anything else for myself though, so compromised with the sunflower seeds....Salty goodness.... Lots of decaf iced tea, will have some again before the day is over...let's see... Total protein= 90 grams....good.... No exersize today, feel icky from the heat and just want to relax....
