I could not believe it either, one of the new people made a comment that the previous staff "did what they wanted to, and that is why they are not here anymore". Well the new staff is not as knowledgeable and I am finding that things are not as smooth as they used to be. I had my gallbladder out last week and I needed my FMLA paperwork filled out before I had the surgery(per the law) and was told that they do not do that anymore, and per the law, the paperwork is supposed to be completed at least 30 days before being out. Very confusing.

Justice has been done!!! They need this change. I had alot of problems with that office that's why I'm now looking to go see Dr. Aranow.

Arline, I know you said they let go of the office staff but not Dr. G. right. I see her and I just finished with my 6 month pre-op diet and was hoping to get surgery date for August sometime. Thanks for letting us know about the change. JEN

Jen - No, I know Dr G was there because she did my endoscopy that day. This had nothing to do with the Docs.

Actually, I quit almost 2 weeks prior to everyone being let go. It had nothing to do with us...it had more to do with money and the new partners... Jessica (the infamous?)

Hmmm... This doesn't sound good at all. I hope they have their stuff together, because I'll be at St. Fran first thing tomorrow morning for my lap band procedure. They must be making huge bucks over there already!
