Food & Exercise Monday
Good Morning Everybody
Today is my last day at work then I will be on vacation until July 16th. I will go back to work for three days until my PS surgery .I won't be on line until July 16th. Ten more days to go! I am getting feeling all mixed feelings which is normal to feel that way.
B-cottage cheese with chuck pineapple
S protein drink and load of water

D something with Chicken with small salad
S simple smart milk and laod of water
will work out tonight for jogging with my dog for 3.5 miles

Yawnnnnnnnn.... Boy am I tired today. I went to see the American Idols last night!!! OMG they were so good. Chris rocked!!!!!!
Anyway, back to reality today... ugh.... work.

Hey Terri,
I am trying to keep my eyes pried open myself - great show last night, I think I enjoyed it more than my daughter!! Chris did ROCK!! Taylor was great too and I just loved Mandisa and Paris. We had floor seats and I swear I must have sweat off 10 pounds!!!

At my monthly weigh in I had gained 4 lbs, bringing me to 195. Not tragic but I know that I could do better. Been working out for only 20 minutes or so and then there was the granola bars last week...that couldn't have helped. I am already back on my protein bars and will do my 30 minute Leslie Sansome tonight if it kills me. I really should be doing an hour at this point but I am not going to lie to myself or anyone else that I will go from 20 mins a day to 60 mins. Baby steps to progress.
