Food & Exercise Log FRIDAY

I will be very busier again this weekend. Have a nice weekend!
B-cottage cheese with chuck pineapple
S load of water
L chilli with ceddar cheese
S load of water
D chicken on the grill with grilled vetgetables
S simple smart milk and load of water
I will exercise weight on my legs in my my pool and swin in the pool

B 3oz's Kashi Crunch cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk and a few fresh blueberrys
S 1/2 a banana
L 3oz's seafood salad
S Protien shake
D Had the baked riccotta out of a small piece of Calzone I made.
Lots of water today. No gym. lots of heavy lifting today. muscles are quite sore.
Came home and did a bunch of yard work. Have a great weekend everybody!
