Good Morning Everybody,
What a lousy morning to drive to work. I am looking forward a nice weather this weekend.
B-cold chicken
S nectar protein drink and load of water
L chilli with ceddar cheese
S nectar protein ice tea and load of water
D cod with green beans and small salad
S load of water
Will do 45 min cardio on treadmill after work
Have a good workout!

Boohoo... having computer problems.
Working from my ancient and very slow computer these days.
So logging on and reporting is inhibited.
Suffice it to say...
I commit to exercise today and healthy eating.
Today is my 2nd Anniversary.
I could not have grown as I have without 'YOUSE GUYS"
Seriously, the CT forum has been an influencing factor in my recovery.
More later about that. Gotta go exercise!

Good Morning!
Mom came home yesterday and was very happy to be in her own bed with her "babies" (3 dogs)
Propel water & fiber tablets
B- 1 scrambled egg w/lower fat corn beef hash...(I'm stuffed couldn't fini****)
S- cheese cubes
L- rolled up ham & turkey cold cuts w/provolone cheese. 5 triskets a few bites of
watermelon.
D- Taco's...I'll have the meat,veggies, cheese, & fat free sour cream...
S- No pudge cookies & cream ice cream bar
Will work out at curves tonight & take a walk at lunch once the weather clears.

Hello Hello. I have been soooo busy lately, I have not been on the computer at all. It has just been crazy. I am here and still alive & doing pretty good. I will update my profile next.

L ~ 2 turkey and cheese roll ups
D ~ chicken/rice/brocolli casserole (leftovers)
I will skip the gym today as I did lots of work around the house yesterday and I am so sore. (ouch!)

No gym today went yesterday so will hit the excersize bike after supper. Hope everybody has a great evening!

D: PB & J sandwich
Working tonight, so no formal exercise, but had a fire drill today and had to walk down 17 flights of stairs - that many stairs can be just as bad as walking up!!
